Two full days of training with one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met! My mind is completely blown 🧠

What I loved most was how deeply it aligns with everything I believe as a therapist. We don't need force, pain or excessive pressure to create change in our body 〰️

Sometimes the most profound healing happens through listening, understanding and working with the body rather than against it 🤎

This is healing on a different level 🥰

Your lymphatic system will thank you 😘

Walking helps our lymphatic vessels contract which is what we need as our lymphatic system has no pump!🚶‍♀️

Hydration is key to maintaining good flowing lymph within our vessels!

Sleep is vital for whole body recovery, hormone balance, dopamine reset and our brain health!
💤

Legs up the wall can feel so nice after a long day on your feet! It encourages fluid to flow because think about it, gravity pulls everything down including our fluid!

Practicing gratitude can indirectly help our lymphatic system by calming our nervous system. It allows us to stop and think of what is important in our lives and neurologically can shift old patterns from our brain!

Morning lymphatics, its easy, MOVE your body! Arm circles, ankle circles, shaking, tapping, dancing.
GET THINGS MOVING but dont forget to activate your lymphatic nodes first 😉
Clavicle, armpits, throat, abdomen, groin and behind your knees 😘 a few pumps is enough!

❕️❕️As I step into month 6 of this journey I still can't quite believe this is my work 😘

I feel incredibly grateful that I get to help women feel better in their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and find support both emotionally and physically ❤️

One of the things I love most is meeting so many like minded women who like me know the importance of taking their health into their own hands! Women who are tired of feeling disconnected from themselves, uncomfortable in their bodies, or simply not feeling their best ☺️

I love that I still get to educate but I learn so much from each and every one of you too!

June is already fully booked and I'm so excited to be attending two training courses this month to continue expanding my knowledge of the lymphatic system and bring you the most up to date information and care possible and maybe even a new treatment 😉😜

There are big plans ahead with all things wellness at the heart of them ❤️

Breathing is so important 💫

Ancients yogis called breath PRANA. It means life force 💫
Basically our breathe regenerates our body, its delivers oxygen to our cells, it keeps us alive!!

Generally, we do not breathe deep enough, we dont use most of our lung capacity and what we do use is at the top of our lungs. That means all those internal organs protected by our ribcage are not being utilised 🫁

We need to breathe deeply to contract our lymphatic vessels so that our lymph is encouraged to flow 〰️
This helps us to stop feeling heavy and sluggish in our own bodies 😞

TRY THIS 😀
Place both hands on either side of your belly and breathe into them
8 - 10 times. Your belly should raise higher than your chest when lying flat 😉

Our breath is the first thing we should connect with in times of stress or panic, when done correctly it can calm our nervous system within seconds 🤎

Save this for the next time you need to remember to stop and breathe more deeply 🌿

Sometimes clients feel they need faster, firmer, deeper pressure to really help their bodies

Sometimes the opposite is what they really need 🤍

When your body is stuck in a constant state of stress, it holds onto everything. Fluid, emotions, energy......we are so tight that sometimes softness is what we need not pressure

My treatments are adjusted to suit you best and what your body needs. I can feel it 🤎
