🚨 OUT OF OFFICE NOTICE 🚨

Chloe & Tom are now away until 2nd July, so Strengu will be closed this week! 🧳
There will be no Pilates on Monday 30th as Mandie is also away.

📩 All messages and emails will be responded to after we’re back – either by Tom or Chloe.
✅ Classes & appointments will resume as normal from Tuesday 2nd July.

💪 EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: LATERAL RAISES 💪
Looking to build strong, defined shoulders? Lateral raises are a must! Whether you're using dumbbells or just bodyweight, this move packs a punch! 🔥

🎥 Watch the video for a quick demo – and give it a go in your next session!

📝 How to Perform (with or without weights):

Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand (or clench fists if going bodyweight).
Keep a slight bend in your elbows.
Slowly lift arms out to the sides until they’re at shoulder height.
Pause briefly, then lower under control.
✅ Focus on smooth, controlled movements – avoid swinging!
🌟 Benefits:

Strengthens the medial deltoids (outer shoulder muscles)
Improves shoulder stability
Helps shape & define upper body aesthetics
Great for injury prevention and posture improvement
💥 Add 2–3 sets of 10–15 reps into your upper body or full-body workouts!

Looking to build serious lower body strength and balance from home? 🏡💪 The Bulgarian Split Squat is a must-try!

👉 How to Perform (At Home):
1️⃣ Use a chair or bench behind you
2️⃣ Stand a few feet away with one foot resting behind
3️⃣ Lower your back knee toward the floor
4️⃣ Keep your front knee stacked over your ankle
