๐Ÿ’™ Assess your mental health needs
๐Ÿ’™ Provide brief therapeutic interventions and coping strategies
๐Ÿ’™ Support with anxiety, depression, stress, low mood and other mental health concerns
๐Ÿ’™ Help develop personalised wellbeing plans
๐Ÿ’™ Signpost or refer you to specialist mental health and community services where needed
๐Ÿ’™ Work closely with your GP and the wider practice team to ensure you receive the right support.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Received your NHS Bowel Screening test through the post? Don't put it in a drawer... put it by the loo instead! ๐Ÿšฝ

Keeping your Bowel Screening kit somewhere you'll see it, like next to the toilet, is a simple reminder to complete it.

The test is quick, easy to do at home, and could help detect bowel cancer early, when treatment is most effective.

โœ… When it arrives:
๐Ÿšฝ Put it by the loo
๐Ÿงช Complete the test as soon as you can
๐Ÿ“ฎ Pop it back in the post

A few minutes of your time could make a big difference to your health. ๐Ÿ’™

Keeping your child's vaccinations up to date is one of the best ways to protect them from serious illnesses.

Vaccines help protect against diseases such as measles, whooping cough, meningitis and polio โ€“ illnesses that can spread quickly and sometimes lead to serious complications.

By vaccinating your child on time, you're not only protecting them, but also helping to protect babies, vulnerable people and your wider community.

๐Ÿ’‰ Check your child's Red Book or speak to your GP practice if you're unsure whether they're up to date.

๐ŸŒ World Breastfeeding Week 2026 ๐Ÿคฑ๐Ÿ’™

1โ€“7 August marks World Breastfeeding Week, a time to celebrate, support and raise awareness of breastfeeding.

This year's theme, "Prioritise Breastfeeding: Create Sustainable Support Systems," highlights the importance of ensuring every family has access to the encouragement, information and practical support they need to meet their feeding goals.

Breastfeeding provides many health benefits for both babies and mothers, but every family's journey is unique. Whether you breastfeed for days, months, years, express milk, combine feeding or formula feed, every parent deserves kindness, respect and evidence-based support.

If you're expecting a baby or need feeding support, please speak to your midwife, health visitor or GP practice. You're not alone โ€“ help is available.

๐Ÿ’™ Together, we can create a community where every family feels supported.
