My Leading Signature is Surrender

Surrender is about letting go, releasing what no longer serves me and trusting what is unfolding, even when we don’t have all the answers.

I think of this Signature as being a little like the North Node in astrology, the direction of growth, the path that invites you beyond what feels familiar and comfortable and asks you to stretch into more.

And that word Surrender feels especially important.

It is definitely not about giving up.
It’s about releasing the need to control every step and simply trusting in what is unfolding.

This Signature also speaks of purpose, collaboration and unity, bringing together the different parts of life and recognising that we don’t have to do everything alone.

I’m noticing this Signature working with me at the moment…

💥What am I being asked to release?
💥Where am I being invited to stretch and grow?
💥What might happen if I trusted the next step
rather than needing to know the whole path?

My Foundation Signature is The Feminine Signature.

This Signature is all about learning to receive, creating balance, trusting your intuition and putting healthy boundaries in place.

RIght now, this Signature is active for me.
For someone who naturally gives, nurtures, supports and holds space for others, receiving can sometimes feel much harder than giving.

It is teaching me:
💫 to pause rather than always do.
💫 to receive rather than always give.
💫 to listen to my intuition rather than overthink.
💫 to create boundaries where they are needed.
💫 to trust what I cannot always see.

Reflecting on my Feminine Signature has made me curious about where I am being invited to receive more in my life… more abundance, in all its forms.

Tomorrow on Online Breathing Space at 8.30 pm , we’ll be working with the Integration Signature™ to create space to pause, breathe and consciously integrate all that has been revealed or awakened through the Lion’s Gate Portal and eclipse energy.

Through the breath and the Integration Signature™, we’ll explore what it means to embrace change as a friend, allowing whatever has emerged to settle gently into your body, your awareness and your life.

💨 To listen to your inner wisdom
💨To find steadiness within change
💨To move forward with greater clarity, presence and ease

Sometimes, we simply need to pause, breathe and allow what we already know within us to integrate.

Everything unfolds in its own perfect time❤️

As we all know, life has a way of taking us on unexpected detours. Over the last 18 months, there have been challenges and changes that meant my own plans had to be put on hold, and moments that truly stopped me in my tracks.

Yet what remained constant for me was my commitment to the Soul Signatures®, to becoming a Breathwork Teacher, and my belief in the transformative power of both.

After almost 800 hours of online training, I am so excited to begin sharing more of the work that has been quietly unfolding behind the scenes.

As a Soul Signatures® Ambassador, I have spent many months weaving together my passion for the Soul Signatures® with the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork.

The result is a unique series of 11 guided breathwork journeys, each inspired by one of the 11 Soul Signatures®, truly a labour of love.

If you've been curious about breathwork, or you've wondered what the Soul Signatures® are all about, I'd love to invite you to experience both for yourself by joining one of the online Breathing Space sessions that I'll be leading during August.
The first one explores the Initiation Signature.
