Today was the first day in almost 2 months that I got ready for work.
When I went my usual morning run on the 8th January I didn’t expect to end up in an ambulance! A patch of black ice caused a fracture dislocation of my left ankle, a week in hospital and an operation to repair the damage.
The recovery has been tough at times but not all bad, it has given me time to read and spend more time with my family. I still have a lot more rehab before I can run again but I’m so grateful to be back at work helping others to get back on their feet!
It’ll be a few weeks before I can offer home visits again, but I’m in Holmwood Osteopathy and Ashtead Osteopathy clinic this week.
