REFLEXOLOGY RESEARCH FRIDAY! In this randomized controlled trial, the participants in the study group underwent 20 minutes of foot reflexology for 10 days and cognitive function was evaluated before and after the intervention. "In this study, 10 days of foot reflexology improves cognitive function in healthy individuals. However, further randomized controlled trials with a larger sample size, extended follow-up, and more objective measures are warranted to substantiate the results of the study and explore the underlying mechanisms through which reflexology may influence cognitive function."
