💜✨ HAPPY WEEKEND, EVERYONE! ✨💜

What are you all up to this weekend? 😊

We had a brilliant night in Manchester last night seeing Alison Moyet! 🎶❤️ A few drinks, singing our hearts out and just enjoying ourselves. 🍷🎤 Honestly, it was just what we needed!

Sometimes you have to take a step back from everyday life, forget about the stresses and worries for a while, and just have a good time. We spend so much time being busy that it’s important to make memories and enjoy the little things. 🥰💜

So, whether you’re heading out, catching up with friends, or having a nice relaxing weekend at home, I hope you all get a bit of time to do something you love.

What’s everyone got planned this weekend? 👇😊

Have a lovely weekend, everyone!

💜✨ A LITTLE FAVOUR FROM SANSCENCE ✨💜

If you’ve enjoyed a Reiki treatment with me in Dukinfield, or purchased any of our SANSCENCE products, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes to leave us a review on Google. ⭐

As a small, independent business, every review really does make a difference. It helps others discover our Reiki treatments, find a little peace and relaxation, and explore our range of candles, wax melts, diffusers and wellbeing gifts. 🕯️💜

🙏 Please remember, we’re asking for a Google review, not a review on our website. And please mention reiki and Dukinfield so we get noticed better

Your kind words and support mean more than you know. Whether you’ve visited for Reiki, bought something from SANSCENCE, or recommended us to a friend, thank you for being part of our journey.

💜🌿 World Mental Health Day — 10th October 🌿💜

Today is a reminder that mental health matters, not just today, but every single day.

Life can be overwhelming at times. We put on a brave face, carry on with our daily routines and sometimes forget that it’s okay to admit we’re struggling. We worry about everyone else, yet often put our own feelings to one side.

But please remember, you don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t always have to be the strong one. ❤️

Sometimes looking after yourself means slowing down, taking a little time out, talking to someone you trust or simply allowing yourself a moment to breathe.

Please check in on your friends, family and loved ones. A simple message, a listening ear or a little kindness can mean far more than you realise. You never truly know what someone might be going through behind a smile.

And if you’re struggling yourself, please don’t feel you have to face everything alone. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💜

At SANSCENCE, I believe that making time for ourselves, finding moments of calm and nurturing our wellbeing are important parts of life.

You matter. Your feelings matter. And you deserve the same care and kindness that you give to others. ✨

Sending love and positive thoughts to anyone who needs them today.
