We'll be at Street Life in Ashton tomorrow, and we've decided to do something a little bit different 🤍

Throughout the day, we'll be hiding 7 Chakra Cards around Ashton.

We'll be sharing clues on our page to help you find them, so make sure to keep an eye out 👀

If you're lucky enough to find one, simply bring it back to the Sanscence stall and you'll receive a little gift from us ✨

We'll also have all of our handmade candles, crystals, room sprays, reed diffusers and gifts with us if you'd like to have a browse or stop for a chat.

Green Aventurine is one of those crystals I've always found myself coming back to.

It's often associated with opportunity and is sometimes referred to as the "stone of luck", although I think its energy feels much gentler than that.

For me, it carries a sense of optimism. A reminder to stay open-minded and trust that things can work out, even when the path ahead isn't completely clear.

Because it's connected with the Heart Chakra, many people are drawn to it when they're focusing on self-love, healing, or moving forward after a difficult time.

I keep Green Aventurine nearby when I need a little encouragement to stop overthinking and have faith in the direction I'm heading.

Whether you're completely new to crystals or have a growing collection, it's such a lovely stone to work with.

Sometimes we all need a reminder that growth takes time, and that it's okay not to have everything figured out straight away 💚

We’re really excited to say that Sanscence will be at Street Life on June 6th with our own stall!

We’ll be bringing along our handmade Reiki infused candles, wax melts, crystals and holistic gifts, and we’ll also have our brand new room sprays and reed diffusers with us for the first time too ✨

If you’re coming down to the event, please come and say hello. It’s always lovely meeting people in person and having a chat about the products, Reiki, crystals, or just self care in general.

It looks like it’s going to be such a good day with loads going on around Ashton, and we can’t wait to be part of it.

A lot of people ask me which crystal I’d recommend if they’re just starting out, and I nearly always say Clear Quartz 🤍

It’s known for bringing clarity, balance and calm energy, which is why so many people are naturally drawn to it. I think it’s one of those crystals that just feels gentle and comforting to have around.

Some people use it during meditation or journalling, others simply keep it nearby in their home or workspace because they enjoy the energy it brings to a space.

This week’s practice is all about mindfulness in nature 🌿💜

Spending time outside, even for just a few minutes, can help calm a busy mind and bring you back to the present moment. The fresh air, the sound of birds, the feeling of the ground beneath your feet, it all helps you slow down and reconnect.

Today, try taking a gentle walk without rushing. Leave your headphones behind for a little while and really notice what’s around you. Everything from the colours, the sounds, the movement of the trees in the wind.

Nature has such a quiet way of helping us feel grounded again ✨

The Reiki studio will be closed from 23rd May until 30th May while I take a short break and recharge.

Any orders placed through the website during this time will be packed and shipped once we’re back, so if there’s anything you’ve had your eye on, please try to order before then.
