There’s a issue with the booking system that’s just came to light today

I’m in the process of sorting it but if you have booked an appointment in the last couple of days for tomorrow it’s likely it’s not booked

Can you message me to double check

This issue should be resolved by next week so no need to message about bookings for next week

I’ll keep you posted 🙏❤️

✨ A wee reminder about cancellations ✨

If you have booked your appointment through the booking app, please make sure that you also cancel it through the app if you can no longer attend.

I won’t be cancelling app bookings manually from my end, so please make sure you follow the cancellation process through the booking system. The £20 cancellation fee will still apply if an appointment isn’t cancelled correctly.

The only exception is if we have booked your next appointment together in person before you leave your current appointment. In that case, you can message me directly if you need to cancel or rearrange.

This just helps keep everything clear and fair, and means the booking system can keep my diary up to date. 💜

Thank you for understanding! x
