🌿 Something special is coming to Mourne Park… 🍂

This Autumn Equinox, Heart & Harmony CIC will be joining forces with the Woodland Trust for a very special outdoor wellbeing experience in this beautiful woodland.

We'll be bringing together guided meditation, nature connection and a deeply relaxing sound bath, creating space to slow down, breathe, listen and connect with the changing season. 🌳✨

The Autumn Equinox is a beautiful time to pause, find balance and reflect on what we're ready to release as we move into the darker months.
I'm so excited to share this experience in such a special place. 💚

Thanks to the Mourne Observer for the full page spread on our most recent group from Mountview Adult Learning Centre, who took part in our signature programme ‘Creative Wellbeing Journeys’.

It was an amazing opportunity to work with the group and to be able to adapt the programme to suit their needs. We are thrilled and grateful for the positive feedback.

The group enjoyed art, drumming, therapeutic sound, crafts and an out door nature connection session, over a 6 week period. Thanks to PEACEPLUS for funding the programme!

The project was supported by PEACEPLUS which is a programme managed by the special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

We encourage other groups to get in touch with Heart & Harmony CIC if they feel that creatively and wellness would be of benefit to them. 🌲🎨🧘‍♂️🪘🎶

🧠 Trauma Informed Approach Training

Module One: Adversity, trauma and resilience awareness training
This introductory course aims to raise awareness of the potential impact of adversity and trauma upon individuals, families, and communities and how relationships matter in promoting resilience and recovery.

Course Duration: 3 hours

Dates & Times:
Course 1: Thursday 17th September 2026 10am - 1pm
Course 2: Thursday 22nd October 2026 1pm - 4pm
Light refreshments provided.

Venue: RCN Office, Cookstown. Refreshments will be provided.

🎲 Drop In is on tomorrow! ☕🎸

Join us at Newry Street Unite Community Centre from 10:30am–12:30pm for a relaxed morning of tea, coffee, chat and good company.

As well as our usual mix of board games, colouring and activities, we’re going to have a go at learning the ukulele together! Whether you’ve never picked one up before or just fancy giving it a try, come along and join in—no experience needed.

Lughnasadh is an ancient Celtic festival marking the beginning of the harvest season. It's a time to pause, give thanks for all that has grown, celebrate abundance, and reflect on the seeds we've planted in our own lives.

Excited to host to a circle of rhythm, connection, and community as we honour this beautiful point in the Celtic wheel of the year.

Go ON NI, delivered through Libraries NI, provides free digital skills training and one-to-one support to help people build confidence online. Whether you need help using devices, accessing online services, staying safe from scams, or developing everyday digital skills.

From introductory courses on iPads and Microsoft Word to personalised 1-2-1 eClinics, there are opportunities to support people at every stage of their digital journey. Sessions are free for library members and delivered in local communities across NI.
