If anyone knows of any businesses that are up-grading and can donate to a non-profit organisation, then please share! We will most definitely also need a man with a van and can pay for fuel! A big thank you to Creative Construction and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council for inviting Heart and Harmony CIC along today to deliver a Men’s Mini Health Check event for their construction staff.

It was a fantastic opportunity to support men's health and wellbeing in the workplace through health checks, conversations, and practical information to help people make informed choices about their health.

We always value the opportunity to bring health and wellbeing directly into community and workplace settings, helping to create supportive environments where people can take positive steps towards better health.

Thank you to everyone who took part and engaged so openly throughout the day.

Week 1 of Creative Well-being Journeys is underway with a wonderful new group in Castlewellan.

It’s always exciting to begin a new journey together—creating space for connection, creativity, reflection, and personal growth.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be exploring a range of creative activities designed to support well-being, build confidence, and encourage self-expression.

Here's to new beginnings, meaningful conversations, creative discoveries, and all the moments of joy and inspiration we'll share along the way. 🌿🎨💚

We had a lovely mindful art morning with a group in Clough today. Thank you to the County Down Rural Community Network for inviting us along to facilitate this creative wellbeing session.

There were plenty of creative connections, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to slow down and enjoy the process of making art together. It was wonderful to see participants exploring their creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Would you like to try something new, meet new people, boost your confidence and take some time for yourself?

Join us for Creative Well-Being Journeys – a FREE 5-week programme designed to support well-being through creativity, connection and relaxation.

🌿 What to expect:
🎵 Music & Rhythm
🎨 Creative Art Activities
🎤 Singing & Voice Exploration
🥁 Drumming
🧘 Relaxation & Well-Being Practices

No experience is necessary – this is a beginner-friendly programme and all materials and equipment are provided.

📍 Kilmegan Centre, Castlewellan

Open to adults of all abilities

Feeling very grateful to be featured by Down Business Centre during Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

Heart & Harmony was created from a deep belief that creativity, connection, nature, and compassionate spaces can genuinely support healing and wellbeing. To have this work recognised means so much.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the journey so far — every person who has attended a workshop, shared kind words, collaborated, encouraged me, or trusted the process 🌿🎨🥁

Heart & Harmony continues to grow through:
