Small Group PT Client Susan is an absolute legend of our community. Leaving most people in awe at her incredible strength, Susanโs warmth and encouraging approach is contagious and her mental fortitude when chasing improvements such as in her running this year, is elite!
Susanโs patience (when nudged to remember to be patient!) and consistency has resulted in amazing fitness improvements but also insane body composition changes.

At SCX Fitness, Iโve found a supportive environment that has helped me build routines that genuinely fit my lifestyle and feel sustainable. The coaches and members encourage each other in a way I havenโt experienced anywhere else, and many have become good friends along the way.
Iโve always dipped in and out of training and taken on different fitness challenges over the years, but this experience, at the age of 53, has finally taught me that weight loss is not just about punishing yourself. Itโs about creating a lifestyle that supports your health, your happiness, and your confidence.
Over the last year, those small, consistent changes have helped me lose 20kg, reach my best level of fitness in a long time, and, most importantly, feel truly comfortable in myself.โ
Susan is non stop outside of the gym has well, whether itโs yoga, curling, tackling sheep, crafting or making honey! She has some exciting goals to go after in 2026 and we canโt wait to see her smash some more barriers!
