Now is always the best time to start! 💪🥑🎯

Making any effort to work towards your goals is always worth it! 🙌

Any progress or improvement will always be better than not even trying.
Don't stay stuck in your same routine!
Get up and do something about it!! 👊

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant,
just went off on mat leave from my gym hours and have every excuse in the world to just chill out,
slow down and no-one in the world would judge me for it.....

But... I just don't work like that! 🤣🤣

I want to continue to work towards my goals in life
and still maintain the best physical/mental health I can.

I am creating a new post& Prenatal workout programme and preparing to be a first time mum, doesn't seem like the best time, right?!

But when is?...I'd be waiting forever!
Even when my progress is slow 🐌
at least I am still moving forward.
