The Moving On Up programme is designed for Primary 7 pupils who are preparing to transition to secondary school. The programme supports children who may feel worried, nervous, or apprehensive about this change by providing practical strategies to help them manage difficult emotions and build confidence.

Through group activities, pupils will have the opportunity to develop coping skills, connect with others, and recognise that they are not alone in their feelings, as many children share similar experiences about moving on to secondary school
