🐴 ATTENTION RIDING SCHOOLS, LIVERY YARDS & EQUESTRIAN CENTRES! 🐴

Have you considered adding equine massage to your horses’ regular care routine? 💆‍♀️🐎

I’m KT Equine Massage & Rehab, providing equine massage and rehabilitation services across Durham and the surrounding areas.

Whether you manage a busy riding school, run a livery yard or have a number of horses who could benefit from some extra muscle care, I’d love to work with you!

✨ How can equine massage help your horses?

🐴 Support muscular comfort and relaxation
🐴 Help identify areas of muscular tension
🐴 Support mobility and general muscle function
🐴 Complement your horse’s existing care and exercise routine

🏇 Riding schools & yards - I can offer visits for multiple horses!

You can identify which horses you feel would benefit from treatment, and I can provide a cost for the selected horses in advance, so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

Whether it’s a few horses or a whole yard, we can discuss a package that works for you and your horses.

📍 Durham & surrounding areas
📩 Message me directly to discuss your yard, arrange a visit or enquire about rates for multiple horses.

✨ A little client love 🤎🐴

I’m so grateful to receive feedback like this from one of my recent clients!

Every horse is different, and I always take the time to work at their pace, listen to what they’re telling me and make each treatment as calm and comfortable as possible.

Seeing those big releases and watching a horse look more comfortable afterwards is exactly why I love what I do. 🥰

Thank you so much for trusting me with your horse and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. 🤎

Equine massage is so much more than simply putting your hands on a horse and rubbing their muscles. There’s training, anatomy knowledge, assessment, palpation, observation and, importantly, knowing when something is outside our scope.

Just like humans, horses have complex bodies that work incredibly hard — whether they’re competing, hacking, schooling or simply enjoying life.

Equine massage isn’t a replacement for veterinary care. It’s one part of a wider team, with the horse’s comfort and wellbeing at the centre. 🤎

It deserves to be taken seriously.

🎓✨ I DID IT! ✨🎓

After months of hard work, learning, practising, questioning myself and pushing outside of my comfort zone, I can finally say that I am officially a Certified Equine Sports & Rehabilitation Massage Therapist (ESMT)! 🐴🤍

This qualification means so much more to me than simply completing a course. It’s something I chose to pursue after losing my Grandad, and what started as a difficult time in my life has led me towards something I’m genuinely passionate about.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey — especially my family, friends, everyone who let me practise on their horses, and Olivia, Lisa and the team at Wolds Equine Rehabilitation & Training for all of the teaching, guidance and encouragement along the way. 🤍

There have definitely been moments where I doubted myself, but today I get to look back and say I did it. 🥹

And this is only the beginning… 🐴✨
