What if you’re not lazy… you’re just waiting for motivation that isn’t coming? 👀
We’re constantly told that if we really want something, we’ll feel motivated enough to do it.
But motivation is unreliable.
Some days you wake up ready to conquer the world.
Other days, getting out of bed feels like an Olympic event. 😂
And yet, the things that genuinely change our lives usually aren’t built on motivation.
They’re built on small actions, repetition, environment, habits and learning how to work with your brain rather than constantly fighting against it.
The secret to doing hard things isn’t necessarily feeling like doing them.
Sometimes it’s learning how to take the first tiny step even when you really, really don’t feel like it.
In my latest blog, I’m looking at:
🧠 Why motivation disappears
🔄 Why action can actually create motivation
🎯 How to make difficult things feel more manageable
💭 What psychology tells us about getting started
🌱 And how small, consistent actions can create lasting change
Because you don't need to completely reinvent yourself.
Sometimes you just need to make the next step a little easier.
