As a qualified Healer and spiritual Counsellor I will help you find the best type of Healing that will benefit you the most.

This is a small group for anyone needing to take time to "be present" in the here and now, in a safe and positive space with like minded people. The group includes a guided meditation, and an opportunity to explore and discuss the many ways we can improve our spiritual connection and self awareness for better health and well-being.
