– simple, fresh and packed with flavour!

1️⃣ Cook rice in beef stock with garlic & Ras el Hanout.
2️⃣ Cook the bulgur wheat.
3️⃣ Chop fresh tomatoes & parsley.
4️⃣ Mix a little honey into the beef mince and cook until browned.
5️⃣ Combine everything together and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
