Friday night, was TAB night π₯ πͺ
TAB, or Tactical Advance to Battle, is a fantastic full body and cardio workout. πͺ
A fast march, weighted bergen, and lots of rain was a perfect end to the working week π π―
Important points in completing a TAB :
π₯Find your rhythm and maintain it
π₯a consistent speed , to start approx 14 minute miles and gradually speeding up as you get more experienced.
π₯regulate your breathing and breathe deep!
π₯build your weight up on each TAB. Start fairly light and build on it.
Sound like fun π€it definitely is
