Cooper took his first visit to Tesco today! He did really well and managed it without overarousal. He was a bit pulley at times and wanted to sniff food so we avoided food for his first visit so he can get used to the environment and stimuli. But had many good moments of lots and lots of engagement, auto sitting when I stop, ignoring people, not sniffing in the areas we did go to, waiting when told, managing around trollies and baskets 🫶

My big goal for this year was to get Cooper into supermarkets so I’m really proud of him for how far he’s come in 2026 🫶

Cooper had a great time at the park today! Amazing super fast recall, ignoring other dogs (and making eye contact with me after looking at dogs which has taken so long since his neutering ruined his neutrality), lots of check ins even when I didn’t ask, running back to my side when he hit the end of the flexi lead, heelwork past people and dogs when cued. He’s turning into such a well-rounded dog 💙

Today we went to The Range as everywhere was so busy so we practiced some skills and got some videos for our stage 3 exam. They had a new Halloween display up with animatronics, loud noises, a dark aisle, and inflatables. Cooper was not even spooked and I’ve never introduced him to anything similar. The confidence this boy has is insane!
