5 workouts
20 minutes each

Sabre Storm is a female-only full-day fitness event where you’ll take on *5 x 20-minute workouts, competing as either a **PAIR* or a *SQUAD of 4*.

👊 *PAIRS - £85 per team*

Ready to take on the tougher challenge?

Pairs have fewer people to share the workload - and at some stations, you’ll also be working with *heavier weights*.

It’s the ultimate test for those who want to push themselves.

🔥 *SQUADS - £150 per team of 4*

Four people. More opportunities to share the workload.
But don't think that makes it easy…
You’ll still need strategy, communication & grit to get through all five workouts.

*5 workouts. 20 minutes each. One full Storm 🌪️*

The Big Relay - Wow Wow Wow - the baton was not dropped once over the three days, even going global too!
Well done everyone!

This was an absolutely epic 3 Day relay. Have loved following this - and I know I'm not the only one.

Todays afternoon was a great finisher to The Big Relay too - racking up the distance in various fun fitness ways... to 25,692 metres collectively - along with cake and pimms! 😋

And to top it all off - we are so pleased to announce, for Breast Cancer Now, we have raised over... £700!!!!!!!!!!!

You lot are simply awesome 💕

Slots are filling ladies... Few questions that have popped up - lets cover these... the 3 Day Virtual Relay - you can be ANYWHERE, just stick to your booked time slot (set an alarm 😉) and the virtual baton will continuously be moving. This is our goal 💕💪
e.g: We have one lady who will be in Greece on her time slot! 😎

Two days before the relay, we will create a Whatsapp community group (- you can silence the notifications on it don't worry!)

Once the relay starts, at your booked time slot you start your 30minutes with a quick message to the group "I've got the baton off I go" - something like that... ..at the end of your 30min walk/jog you say "passing baton over"... The lady who has the next time slot says "got it, I'm off" etc etc etc.
The group is simply there to follow the baton and to make sure we kept it continuously flowing... Plus it'll be exciting to follow!!!!!

The Sunday afternoon event is not virtual 😂 We would love as many of you ladies to come along, whether you are part of the virtual relay or not. There will be some fun fitness you can choose to get involved in, or you can watch, chat and eat cake!

💙 Introducing... THE BIG RELAY! 💙
CompleteSHE Coaching and SKempowered Training are joining forces to support Breast Cancer Now, and we'd love you to be part of something really special.

🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ For 3 days, we're aiming to create one continuous virtual relay as women across the community walk, jog or run for 30 minutes in their chosen time slot.

Then on Sunday afternoon, we'll come together for a fun movement event in Gildredge Park to keep the distance going in different fun fitness ways... with plenty of refreshments and cake too! 🍰
