I had a go of the InBody body fat scan at Abertillery Sports Centre this week, and the results were a massive eye-opener.

πŸ“‰ The stats from this week:
* Down 0.7kg (1.5lbs) in total weight
* Almost a 2.5% body fat reduction in just a week!

While seeing the scale go down is always a win, it isn't always a true indicator of health. Do you feel stronger? Fitter? Are your clothes fitting better? I think those are the true wins. πŸ’ͺ✨

As people, we often strive too much on image rather than how we feel. Small steps over time can make a huge difference. Be proud of how far you've come and keep pushing forward.
