Everyone can incorporate them into their lifestyle, whether it be having aromatherapy treatments, adding a few drops to your bath or using a diffuser, to name a few!

I love lemongrass, not only does it smell amazing but if ever I need a boost in the morning I add a drop to my moisturiser 🍋😊
