Hanging Over the Cliff Edge

There is a strange kind of exhaustion moving through many of us right now.

Not the kind that disappears after a good night’s sleep.

It is deeper than that.

It feels as if the body, the soul, and the nervous system are all standing at the edge of something vast, watching the old world shift beneath their feet.

Power is moving.
Authority is changing shape.
Old structures are cracking.
And somewhere beneath the noise, beneath the headlines, beneath the fear and confusion, something ancient is stirring.

A new world has been whispering for a long time.

Some of us have felt it before we could explain it.
In dreams.
In restlessness.
In the feeling that certain paths, people, places, and identities no longer belong to us.

But profound change does not arrive all at once.

Pluto teaches us that true transformation begins below the surface. It moves through the roots first. It touches what is hidden, buried, denied, inherited, and feared. It does not simply redecorate a life. It takes us down into the foundations and asks what can truly survive.

For years, something has been dissolving.

Beliefs. Certainties. Illusions. Old emotional contracts. The things we thought would hold forever.

And now we are no longer waiting for change.

We are inside it.

This is why it feels so intense.

The outer world is searching for new ground at the same time as our inner world is rearranging itself. We are not only watching history unfold. We are being altered by it.

Our own inner plates are shifting.

The anxiety.
The anger.
The grief.
The frustration.
The strange tiredness.
The feeling of being overwhelmed by invisible pressure.

It is not weakness.

It is energy moving through places that have been holding too much for too long.

Sometimes surrender does not feel soft or spiritual.

Sometimes surrender feels like lying down in the ashes because you no longer have the strength to fight the fire.

And yet, even fire has a rhythm.

It rises.
It peaks.
It consumes.
And then it begins to fade.

This intensity will not last forever.

The world may not return to what it was, but that does not mean we are lost. Humanity has stood at thresholds before. There have always been times when old empires trembled, old beliefs collapsed, and people thought the ground would never become steady again.

But after every great burning, something remains.

Something untouched.
Something essential.
Something the flames could not take.

That is where we begin.

Not with the noise of the world.

But with what is still alive inside us.

I do not believe the new world will be built only by systems, leaders, or authorities. I believe much of it will rise quietly from within people who have finally remembered what truly matters.

It will come through the way we love.
The way we choose.
The way we refuse to abandon ourselves.
The way we stop performing lives that no longer belong to us.

Slowly, we begin crawling out of the places where we have been hiding.

We start looking for what feels real again.

A different kind of work.
A different kind of relationship.
A different rhythm.
A different truth.
A different way of belonging to life.

And as we change, the path changes with us.

The right places begin to call.
The right people begin to appear.
The old doors close more naturally.
The new ones no longer need to be forced open.

This is not about rushing into a new identity.

It is about becoming anchored enough to hear what is rising from within.

Because in times like these, grounding is not passive.

It is an act of devotion.

To your soul.
To your truth.
To the part of you that still knows the way, even when the world feels unrecognisable.

So begin there.

With yourself.

Not the version shaped by fear.
Not the version exhausted by the noise.
Not the version still trying to survive an old life.

But the deeper self.

The one beneath the ashes.
The one beneath the fear.
The one that has been waiting for you to listen.

Ask yourself:

What is still true?
What is still sacred?
What is calling me now?
What can no longer come with me?

That is your point of reference.

That is where the path begins.

Not somewhere far away.

Not after the world becomes calm again.

Here.

At the edge.

With trembling hands, tired bones, and a soul that still remembers how to rise.

Astrology for Women: A Holistic Approach to Healing and Self-Discovery

Why More Women Are Turning to Astrology

Astrology has experienced a remarkable resurgence in recent years. Yet for many women, astrology is about far more than daily horoscopes and personality descriptions.

Throughout history, women have used astrology as a tool for healing, self-understanding, and personal growth. Ancient healers, herbalists, wise women, and mystics recognised that human beings are deeply connected to the rhythms of nature and the cosmos.

Rather than asking:

"What will happen to me?"

they asked:

"How can I live in greater harmony with life's natural cycles?"

This holistic approach remains as relevant today as ever.

Astrology as a Tool for Self-Awareness

A birth chart acts as a symbolic map of your inner world.

It can help you understand:

* Your strengths
* Your challenges
* Emotional patterns
* Relationship dynamics
* Life purpose
* Personal growth opportunities

Rather than predicting a fixed future, astrology offers insight into the energies and themes shaping your life.

The Feminine Wisdom of Astrology

Women have always been closely connected to cycles.

Monthly cycles.

Seasonal cycles.

Moon cycles.

Life cycles.

When we begin to understand these rhythms, we often develop greater trust in ourselves and our intuition.

Astrology becomes less about prediction and more about participation.

A Holistic Path Forward

Modern astrology can be integrated with:

* Self-care
* Nutrition
* Moon work
* Journaling
* Meditation
* Personal development

When approached this way, astrology becomes a practical tool for wellbeing rather than simply a system of interpretation.

Astrology offers women an opportunity to reconnect with themselves, nature, and the deeper rhythms of life.

Used consciously, it becomes a powerful guide for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
