Next Monday, 19 January, is known as Blue Monday.

Why not meet a friend or family member for a cuppa and a catch up – it’s a small but mighty way we can all look out for each other 💚

This years theme for Carers Week is ‘Putting Carers on the Map’ – We will have a big map of Scotland at our in person event.

But, even if you can't make it along tomorrow, you can still join in from home:

1) Create your own ‘Helping Hand’ by drawing around your hand, cut it out and write in it – ‘What could be done that would help you as a carer?’

2) Create your own ‘Carer Emotion’ thought bubble – draw a speech bubble or a circle and write in it your thoughts and feelings about being a carer.

3) Create a flag of your nationalities.

Take a photo of your creation and send it in to us here on Facebook or to [email protected] and we will get it up on our map live!
