Little back off set for my high Incline press during Hammys and Shoulders Yesterday 🔥⬆️ back off sets still bringing intensity and taking things to failure always 💪

Shout out to my spot who ain’t afraid to yell at me 🤍

Top set here was 55kg for 8 which needs cleaned up a little bit still solid 🚀

Do you struggle to show up? Do you turn off your alarm? Do you ‘forget’ to prep food? Do you miss sessions? Do you struggle to push yourself a little further than is comfortable?

The ability to do these things doesn’t come naturally to everyone. It’s not easy to consistently bring intensity to training sessions, to wake up when the alarm goes or to work a little harder and lift a little more than you did last week. But it’s these things that drive progression. Whether your goal is to get stronger, fitter, lose weight or transform your mindset. You need to SHOW UP ⬆️

And it’s not motivation, or that you need inspo.. it’s accountability, it’s discipline. It’s a willingness to push towards and fight for the goal you claim you want to reach 💪

It doesn’t need to be extreme, or so intense it consumes you, but if you want to succeed, you need to commit. You need to SHOW UP 🚀

After starting work in the fitness industry in 2017 I started following a very strict approach to training and nutrition adjusting my life to revolve around Bodybuilding! While working with various coaches in this industry taught me a lot, I also came to realise that I was obsessed, 4 years of tracking every gram, calorie and lift later, I ditched the strict approach to find health, happiness and a hell of a lot of progress 💪

Now I live a very balanced lifestyle where I eat nutritious foods that fuel me to live life, I train in the way that makes me feel good and I’m able to say yes to social events WITHOUT bringing the Tupperware 😅

Healthy with Holly clients learn how to reach their goals while living their life ✨ Whether that’s flexible dieting; where we track food when needed and enjoy life’s untracked moments when we can. Or building strength in the gym with movements we never thought we would manage 💪 Or maybe it’s about coming to terms with where we are at with body image, and building confidence and acceptance through health and fitness 💃❤️

Current training set up?! Overall I’m loving it right now, my upper body volume is pretty high at the moment 💪🔥 running two push days and a pull day currently with legs x2 also, the result? Pretty sick pumps and rather sore legs 🥴

Last couple of days have seen a fair bit of rest, partially from social activities (which no, I never thought I’d say) and partially because toward the end of last week I felt my session quality deteriorate and in all honesty I needed the rest 🙄🙌

Today we’re back to hit some quads and I’m very excited for the leg press pb that’s coming and the agony that will soon follow 😍😅
