After starting work in the fitness industry in 2017 I started following a very strict approach to training and nutrition adjusting my life to revolve around Bodybuilding! While working with various coaches in this industry taught me a lot, I also came to realise that I was obsessed, 4 years of tracking every gram, calorie and lift later, I ditched the strict approach to find health, happiness and a hell of a lot of progress 💪
Now I live a very balanced lifestyle where I eat nutritious foods that fuel me to live life, I train in the way that makes me feel good and I’m able to say yes to social events WITHOUT bringing the Tupperware 😅
Healthy with Holly clients learn how to reach their goals while living their life ✨ Whether that’s flexible dieting; where we track food when needed and enjoy life’s untracked moments when we can. Or building strength in the gym with movements we never thought we would manage 💪 Or maybe it’s about coming to terms with where we are at with body image, and building confidence and acceptance through health and fitness 💃❤️
