This is all said with nothing but love. ❤️ “It’s your fault” is a message of empowerment. It means that you *can* change.
The alternative, is constant thoughts of anything but self determination.
“It’s your fault” means that you can :
-learn to be more aware
-learn to prepare better
-learn where your blind spots are
-change your destructive behaviour habits
-most importantly: learn from your mistakes🙂
For the longest time I used to think that I was just doomed to be a person who constantly got injured and had issues that got in the way of me succeeding in my training. It wasn’t until I stopped that narrative altogether and started to just look forward that I started to make serious long-term progress. And a big part of that is taking ownership of your mistakes.
Let me know what you think.
