Does anyone recognise this cat?

He was brought In today after being found hanging around Chapel Farm Road for the last week. He is microchipped but so far we haven’t been able to get in contact with the owner.

UPDATE - Phones working fine

This sweet boy was bought into us yesterday by a member of the public who was worried about his health. He’s been roaming around Tidford Road, Welling, DA16.
He is not microchipped or castrated. Roughly 1-2 years old and quite skinny. The collar was put on by the finders, it’s not his.
Please share so we can see if we can find an owner. He must have had one as he is really sweet.

12 TONNES of KitKats stolen between Italy and Poland.

We can now confirm…
we have some very strong leads. 👀

Prime suspects currently in our care:
🐾 A Labrador who suddenly has very chocolatey breath
🐾 A spaniel who has already been convicted of chocolate theft......twice 🍫

Coincidence? We think not.

🔍 Signs your pet may have been involved (or eaten the evidence):
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Restlessness or hyperactivity
• Tremors or twitching
• Increased heart rate
• Drinking/urinating more than usual

⚠️ Reminder: Chocolate is toxic to dogs and can make them seriously unwell.

We have sadly had a deceased Black & White male Domestic Shorthair brought into us this afternoon. He is not microchipped or neutered. Roughly about 1-3 years old.
He was found on Rochester way, by the roundabout, near the gym.

🐾 A Real-Life “Homeward Bound” Moment 🐾

You may have seen the incredible story circulating about a group of dogs in China—and it truly is something special.

Reports suggest that seven pet dogs, including a Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd and even a little Corgi, were found travelling together along a busy highway in freezing conditions after escaping from a transport truck believed to be linked to the dog meat trade.

What makes this story so remarkable isn’t just the escape… it’s what happened next.

The dogs didn’t scatter. They stayed together.

They travelled over 10 miles (17km), moving as a tight-knit group, even slowing down to protect an injured member of the pack. One brave little Corgi was seen leading the way—frequently turning back as if checking all the others were still there.

Rescuers and volunteers quickly stepped in, using drones and local searches to track them and make sure they were safe. And the best part? Every single one of them made it home. 🏡❤️

We have had this sweet spitz type dog brought into us after being found on Kidbrooke Lane about midday. She is microchipped but it is not registered.

If you think this is your dog or may know the owner please get in contact. We will need proof of her microchip to reunite her with her owner.
