Find the joy in letting go 💧

As I end my course and move into my therapist role, I allow myself to be with the grief that comes with this. Here I grieve my old self as I welcome the new.

Through this, I stay connected to my body and the sensations that arise within me. I hold and nurture myself as I shed the old and create space for the new. I allow that which is dead to die with grace and honour. 🍂

The element of water has supported me throughout this process as it cleanses, supports and heals. 🌊

I encourage you, as we move into Autumn, to reflect on what is calling to be released, to be shed, to be set free in this new season of your life. 🦋

Happy Ostara 🌞

Today marks Spring Equinox, Ostara, here in the Northern Hemisphere. The very specific timing of the Equinox today is 3.33pm.

I recommend that you be outside at this time. Sit or stand for a few moments barefoot, feel the earth beneath your feet or reach out your hands and touch what is nearby, feel the air on your skin, take in every sensation, scan the vista, slowly, orienting into your immediate surroundings; connect, feel, be.

Equinox is a time when the hours of daylight and dark are equally balanced. Overall marking a time of balance and wholeness between our inner and outer worlds. ⚖️

Spring represents a time of awakening. As we move from the darkness of winter into the light of spring. It reminds us that the light will always return to earth.🌞💛🐣
