Youāre still aware that since having kids your pelvic floor isnāt quite right.
Youāre still second guessing that activity in case you wet yourself.
Or you know getting back into exercise will be beneficial but youāre frightened that your prolapse will get worse.
Youāve been quietly dealing with it all for years so perhaps now you have a little more time between taxi driving for clubs ( you no longer have to stay for the full 3 hours at gymnastics or the entire football training) you can start thinking about you.
But where to start?
Do you call the GP?
Do you sign up to a fitness program?
Do you go to a private pelvic floor physio?
Thereās so many questions - and thatās what my community is for. To ask those questions out loud - not for others to make the decision for you but to help make it clearer what path is right for you!
Oh and I teach movement and exercise through a pelvic floor lens to help you understand your body and what it needs.
