This afternoon I had the pleasure of delivering Catastrophic Bleed Control Kits to-
🩸 Blackminster Middle School
🩸 Pebworth First School
🩸 Honeybourne Primary Academy

These lifesaving Kits will help to keep our young people and also our school staff safe, they will be registered on the National Bleed Map enabling our Emergency Services to direct members of the public to a Bleed Kit if needed.

🩸 Last Friday a tree surgeon was rushed to hospital after cutting through 3 veins and also nicking his artery! He lost an obscene amount of blood and was in & out of consciousness, luckily his colleagues reacted fabulously with a Bleed Control Kit and saved his life from bleeding out.
He was transferred from Burton to Derby hospital as he had to have vascular surgery to repair his arm. Amazingly he didn’t go through any nerves or tendons so he still has full use of his arm & hand. The hospital surgeon has done an excellent job as he managed to stitch from the inside to out to make this look so good! I would like to wish him a speedy recovery ❤️ Life saved ❤️

Ian from The Cotswold Bathing Company who has now amazingly funded 5 x Bleed Control Kits for our community. A Kit will be going to Honeybourne Primary School & a Kit also to Blackminster Middle School.
