๐ŸŒผ Hay Fever Getting You Down? ๐Ÿคง

Pollen levels are high, and we know many of you are feeling the effects โ€” sneezing, itchy eyes, and runny noses are all common symptoms of hay fever.

๐Ÿ’Š The good news? Most cases can be treated effectively at home.
You donโ€™t need to see a GP for hay fever unless your symptoms are severe or not improving.
โœ… Visit your local pharmacy for advice
โœ… Try over-the-counter antihistamines and nasal sprays
โœ… Keep windows closed during high pollen times
โœ… Shower and change clothes after being outdoors

If your symptoms donโ€™t improve with pharmacy treatments, get in touch.
