Night out dancing with lipoedema 💃

Lipoedema politely told to sit this one out 😂

Sometimes living with lipoedema or any chronic condition means managing it constantly—and sometimes it means forgetting about it for a few glorious hours.

Martin Kemp, plenty of boogieing and 16,978 steps later… I loved every bloody minute!

Then home for electrolytes and a little vibe before bed. Who even am I? 😂

Lipoedema who? Never heard of her. She wasn’t on my mind tonight. 🖤

Getting dressed when you have lipoedema is basically a two-stage authentication process.

First I wrestle myself into compression.
Then I get dressed over the compression.
Then I need a little sit down after getting dressed.

And God help us if I need a wee before I leave. 😂

Welcome to the glamorous side of lipoedema.

At least once it’s all on, we scrub up alright. 💁🏼‍♀️
