It's hard to exercise when managing pain and fatigue.
My tips:
- just start and see what happens, no self judgement
- do a long dynamic warm up, you're likely to keep going
- keep an exercise diary, its really helpful
- know your body, know your pain, know your condition
- if it's not your day for pushing it, do something more gentle
- if you get your mojo, roll with it and enjoy
