A few of my regular EMS clients track fitness in Twyford. 20 minute workout equivalent to 90+ minutes in the gym. Perfect to fit in with busy schedule, muscle imbalances & injury rehabilitation.

What a trip… 60k over 4 days ascents, descents =godsend 😜 Italy, France & Switzerland “tour du monc blanc” I familiarised myself at the back of a lovely group but being behind allowed me too look & appreciate…. Then quickly catch up 🙊 photos don’t do it justice, & there’s far too many too choose so I gambled. Incredibly fortunate& grateful that I could experience this with the better 1/2 but equally if your travelling alone I’d highly recommend .ch & especially Paul our guide top bloke 👍🏻 we’ve met some incredible people, seen some amazing sights, eaten all the cakes/chocolate (Swiss & French side) & drunk Italian coffee ☕️ along with there outstanding Prosecco 🇮🇹 🙏🏻 active holidays are my fav 🩵

Namaste 🙏🏻 remembering too slow my breath in order too balance.

On & off the mat. Yoga is transverse-able from Asana, pranayama meditation… too every day living. We just have utilise the tools we learn.

January!!! A fresh start ….but so is every day 💕 instead of the crash diets and unrealistic and un recommended lifestyle changes, just make a promise too yourself too be happy, healthy and kind too yourself.
