We’ve had quite a few new faces around here lately, so it feels like time for a wee re-introduction

We’re Evie and Emma-Louise, sisters for 50 years (although only one of us can actually claim to be 50) and the faces behind The Wellbeing Clinic here in Falkirk.

We both trained as Clinical Hypnotherapists, and somewhere along the way an idea grew into this wee space in Falkirk for wellbeing, connection, creativity and simply taking a bit of time for yourself.

We each bring something different to the clinic, but at the heart of it is something we both believe in - creating a welcoming space where people can come exactly as they are.

Stop scrolling... Made by Midnight might just have planned your perfect afternoon...

That's right - Crafternoon tea is coming to Falkirk and we're delighted to be hosting Evie from Made by Midnight once more.

You'll be painting the gorgeous toadstool tealight holder. These are not mass-produced - they're 3D printed by Evie herself.

You'll have access to lots of paints and embellishments, each tealight will be unique. And there's no waiting or having to come back and collect she uses acrylic paints, which dry very fast.

Do you need to be crafty? Absolutely not.

This isn't an art class. There's no right or wrong way to do it and nobody will judge your painting skills.

Come with your pals, treat your mum, sister or bestie ... or come by yourself and meet some new people. You can even bring your own bottle and we'll provide the glasses.

Just paint, enjoy a delicious afternoon tea provided by a local caterer, chat, and switch off for a few hours.

We are looking for local caterers who could potentially partner with us to offer catering for events at our Wellbeing Clinic in Falkirk. All small scale (max 12 people at a time), must be able to cater for all dietary requirements equally. Most events are evenings or weekends. We can pick up so delivery not required.

What an awesome launch of our Silent Disco Walks at The Helix park this evening, hosted by Evie from AXIS Wellbeing.

A massive thanks to everyone who came along, I think the smiles said it all at the end. Was just so much fun, great way to get the steps in on a Sunday evening.

We are setting up a WhatsApp group for the Silent Disco Walk enthusiasts with lots of ideas for future events. From kids events to themed nights and private bookings.

Alice contacted us at 34 weeks pregnant with trouble sleeping. Working full time in a stressful job, with a four year old, she was trying to manage everything- even make plans for her husband’s birthday which is months away.

Sleep is often disrupted in pregnancy anyway but we focused on all what was going on. This is a good example that sleep wasn’t the actual issue. Alice wasn’t taking any time to just relax. She was full blown into nesting but taking everyone else’s responsibilities as her own.

We had an online face to face session. We touched on some of my HypnoPregnancy program and then she had an audio to use at least once a day along with a bedtime routine. We also set a routine for finishing up work too.

The feedback speaks for itself.. an individual approach and mother and baby are doing great ❤️

Did you know we offer paediatric hypnotherapy as well as hypnotherapy for adults and young people?

We have a unique program called Empowering Parents where we support parents to build resilience in their children and complement this with hypnotherapy practice. For children under the age of 7 this is in the form of storytelling and activities, and for older children we build on this too and adapt as appropriate.

We write the stories so can adapt them to the child’s needs. And as with all our hypnotherapy practice if we’ve seen one client with a particular need, we’ve seen one client with a particular need.

One of the slots is nearly fully booked already 🪩 proof it’s never too early to plan your Christmas events 🤣

Now don't get upset with us for mentioning Christmas... but we've been working on a schedule of events for the rest of the year. If it's not in the diary, it doesn't happen.

Between 4-6 December, we're hosting Silent Disco Walks - The Christmas Lights edition, from the Clinic. There's afternoon and evening walks, all ending with some warm non-alcoholic mulled wine and a sweet mince pie.

The booking window is open for all of eight sessions... max 10 people per session and we also have some dates available for private bookings. So if you fancy a bit of festive fun and fresh air, dancing in the street to keep the feet warm... this is just your thing!
