Hey folks, I'm running a Menopause Yoga Workshop on the 18th of April from 11 am to 2 pm at Pendennis Community Centre (formerly Ships and Castles).
As a certified menopause yoga coach, I'll be focusing on helping you calm anxiety, clear brain fog, beat overwhelm, manage stress and understand fatigue.
You can expect a women's circle to discuss these symptoms and others in a friendly, welcoming and confidential environment; breathwork and meditation techniques you can use beyond the session, and an hour's asana practice, drawing on Ayurveda mind-body techniques, Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom, and Hatha yoga practice.
As an author and qualified professional writer, I also draw on my wordsmithery expertise to introduce you to various journalling techniques, with space given for expressing your thoughts (and doodles) on the page.
There will be sweet treats to keep you going! The centre cafe will also be open for general refreshments.
It's Β£40 per person for this three-hour workshop.
