World Mental Health Day 🧡🧠

We’ve always known it instinctively. In every human culture ever known, people sang together, danced together, and just lived their lives together. It’s woven into who we are!

How have we ended up living in a way where most of us do none of those things?!

Group singing releases oxytocin, synchronises our breathing, and reduces stress. But I don’t think you need the research to know that if you’ve given it a go.
You don’t need to be able to sing. You just need to show up 🧡
