Get your tickets for my first Moso Seasonal Feast at in the beautiful Community Garden the 22nd of June. I’ll be doing my thing, bringing people together to connect and share over my favourite thing - food!

Expect to feast on divine flavours fresh from the garden and local producers, and be treated with scrumptious desert and homemade botanical cordial.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support the projects at Growing Links, who provide emergency meals for the and work to create a more resilient, sustainable and accessible local food system.

MOSO NEWS! I will be hosting the first of a series of Garden pop-up feasts at on the 22nd on June 🌿

I’m so thrilled to be working with this inspiring community who are making food more accessible and sustainable for the local community of Penzance. All proceeds raised from the feasts will go to Growing Links and the inspiring work that they do to create sustainable and community-led food systems.

flaxseed-oat pancakes, for those of you wanting a bit of fibre and nutrition in your pan-pans. *tries not to make a flipping pun*

1 tbsp milled flaxseed
a handful of oats
1/2 a banana
2 eggs

Blitz oats and flaxseed into a rough flour, then add the eggs and banana. If you want to flavour here, add cinnamon, lemon zest, vanilla - the world’s your lobster.

If you want to get a mega-fluff on, add half a teaspoon of baking powder. Fry ‘n’ flip those bad boys and top to your heart’s content 🥞

Moso’s first supper club… A joining of friends, old and new, strangers and family, partners and siblings.

Moso came about from the Cornish word “Mozow”, one of many words for ‘table’. A place of stories shared, sensual pleasure experienced and laughter had.
