After having such a great time on the Ladies Day on Saturday I will be running these sessions.
A few of the ladies asked for more opportunities to explore mindfulness further and so I am collaborating with Little Acorns to run this course.
Please book directly using the contact details on the poster.

Some more photos from the ladies day.
It was a pleasure to be there leading a session with some lovely ladies.

It was an amazing ladies day at the weekend being able to lead a body scan and loving kindness practice in the sun with all the animals, a perfect day.

I am currently working with Hampshire Learning in Libraries and will be holding Mindful Moments courses for now.
If you would be interested in what libraries this will be in please don't hesitate to contact me and I can direct you to your closest one.
I am still offering one to one's in spare time if needed.
I may potentially start evening classes again if there is enough interest.
Thank you for all your support.

Hello everyone.
I hope everyone has been enjoying their summers.
As you may already know due to pricing of the hall and the number of people attending each week I unfortunately will have to stop Wellness Wednesday for now.
If this changes in the future I will make sure to notify everyone.
If anyone would like any one to one sessions in person or online please don't hesitate to enquire.
Thank you for your support

🙏🙌 this is something you will know we try and do in session but a good reminder that you can do it at home too. ❤️
