🚨 Know the 4 Ts of Type 1 Diabetes 🚨

It’s easy to miss the early signs—but spotting them quickly can make all the difference.

👉 Toilet – going to the toilet more often than usual
👉 Thirsty – feeling constantly thirsty
👉 Tired – unusual or extreme tiredness
👉 Thinner – losing weight without trying

If you or your child is experiencing any of these symptoms, don’t wait, contact your GP and ask for a blood test straight away. It only takes seconds and could save a life.
