There are so many ways that our actions - big and small - make a shift within the fabric of the universe.

The smile you gave a stranger may have been just the thing that they needed on a bad day. It may have made them make a decision to offer a kindness to another, who then touched another, and another, and another.

We think our impact has to be big and loud to matter. It doesn’t. A single pebble doesn’t need to be a boulder to move an entire pond.

You are not just living your life - you are rippling it outward, whether you realize it or not.

I love what I do. The reward in seeing a client completely relaxed and leaving the session in a better place than when they arrived is priceless.Forever grateful.A regular gave me this little gift after her session today. The eye mask says talk to me when your chakras are aligned.❤️🤗 .

As we approach the next full moon 09:45 B.S.T. I send you peace & love and during this rare blue moon take a moment to forgive the unforgiveable,love where you thought you couldn't take the energy that is meant for you and manifest what you know you deserve.
