As I reflect on what was my born day yesterday, I am reminded of all that I have to be truly grateful for. There is much. 🙏🦋

Over the years gratitude has changed significantly for me. What began as a practice has become a way of life. For to live simply and love is truly the greatest of joys.

I’m grateful to you all for taking time to send me a wish in your own ways: each brought a smile to me, within that exists both gratitude and joy.

My face shines with much more happiness than as depicted in my picture below 🤣

Today, August 1st, marks the beginning of the harvest season here in the UK—a reminder that every harvest begins with a seed.

Nature teaches us that nothing blooms overnight. Every act of faith, every quiet prayer, every kind word, every step taken in your own truth eventually bears fruit in its season.

As the fields begin to yield their harvest, may we also pause and give thanks for the blessings we’ve already received, while trusting that the seeds we’ve sown with love, patience, and hope are growing—even when we cannot yet see them. For there truly is always mushroom to grow ❤️

May this new season bring abundance, wisdom, peace, and the courage to keep planting goodness wherever we go.

✨The summer solstice is a quiet threshold in the year—the moment when the sun lingers at its highest point and the day stretches itself into fullness before slowly surrendering again.

It is a reminder that light is not just something we receive, but something we are, something that grows with our own souls evolution.

On this longest day, there is no need for permission to pause and notice what is already illuminated in your life: what has ripened, what has survived the darker months, what is ready to be seen more clearly. The solstice doesn’t demand celebration so much as attention—the kind that listens to wind in the trees, warmth on skin, and the subtle turning of seasons inside yourself.

As the sun reaches its peak, consider what in you has reached its own quiet peak too. What part of you is ready to soften.

As the light begins its gradual return toward balance, there is an invitation: to carry what you’ve learned forward gently, without rushing to hold everything at once.

The solstice is not an ending or a beginning. It is a full breath held in golden light—just long enough for you to remember you have always been part of the cycle, not apart from it. ✨ Happy Summer Solstice ❤️
