Hello friends

Join us for our first morning sound bath immersion at Kollectiv Folkestone.
Link in bio

This will be an opportunity to experience a sound bath as well as learn more about this creative practice and try some of the instruments yourself (adults and children alike).

We will be playing gongs, bowls, monochord and voice looping.

Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow if you would like to lay down.

Children are welcome to attend and must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. If you have very small children and not sure is suitable please get in touch directly via DM or [email protected]

Kelly will guide a gentle Qigong flow just outside the hall on the grass before we move indoors for the sound bath.
