One thing we’ve learned…everyone has their own cooldoon ritual 🔥
It could be a dook in the sea 🌊relaxing on our chairs ☀️ or using the cold shower 🚿

These lovely ladies like to just go for it and chuck a cold bucket of water oer their heeds💪 ☺️ (love how they are all in sync with each other 🤣)

Steven Pirie Photography and The Sauna Hoose are thinking about putting on a relaxed coastal photography walk, where Steven will share tips on getting the best from your phone or digital camera. No experience needed - just an interest in photography and the outdoors.

Afterwards we’ll head to the sauna for a 1 hour session to recharge, followed by refreshments 🔥 🫖 🍈 🍉 🍊
