After 3 weeks of TLC, our van sauna (Phoenix) has re-opened with a brand new look.

Shaun (the owner of Wildcat) has been working hard and stripped it right back to its frame. It’s been rebuilt with fresh wood, extra space and more seating!😻

We’re open as normal from today, come and try it out🔥

Sessions today from 12pm to 9pm + :
•Scent, Steam & Scrub: 3-4pm
•Women’s Session: 8-9pm

There’s something special about stepping into the sauna, feeling the heat wrap around you, letting go of all the noise, notifications, decisions...

Like a collective sigh of relief, our bodies respond to the heat stress by initially revving up the “fight or flight” (sympathetic) activity, and then, as our bodies cool down, the “rest and digest” (parasympathetic) reflex.

This is a natural response that promotes deeper relaxation, lowers blood pressure, and reduces cortisol levels.

We see it daily - people come in feeling frazzled, and leave feeling like a new person, on a cloud!☁️😻

It’s not just about the physical benefits - it’s about taking time to slow down, unwind, and chill.💫🔥
