Join us for a unique masterclass featuring three incredible sauna masters, each bringing their own style, rhythm, and ritual into the space. Across four guided sauna rounds, you’ll journey through heat, aroma, steam, and stillness crafted to reflect the vitality and renewal of spring.
Set between two beautiful saunas, this experience blends connection, learning, and sensory exploration. Expect thoughtfully curated herbal infusions, essential oils, salt and clay treatments, creative towel work, and moments of both intensity and calm.
Whether you’re completely new to sauna, a regular attendee, or an experienced practitioner, this masterclass is open to all, offering something meaningful at every level of your journey.
More than just a sauna session, this is a chance to deepen your understanding of sauna practices, connect with like-minded people, and celebrate the season of growth.
You’ll be guided by three skilled sauna masters, each offering a distinct approach, from grounding and restorative to playful, expressive, and deeply immersive: Wendy Liu, Natalie Campo and Nisha Toppin.
