Even when I was quiet, life was still happening.
And somehow, it was enough for me.

I’ve been offline for a while.
And it wasn’t by accident.

I needed a pause.
A pause from creating, from showing up, from pushing.
I needed to come back to myself and allow myself to receive.

During this time, I only held space for the people who arrived because life placed us on the same path.
And it was such a beautiful surprise to see that, even without promoting, some sessions were still being booked.

Yes, I’ve been inconsistent.
But life has been too.
Working, migrating, building something of your own, looking for stability, holding emotions - especially during your first full year living abroad - can feel overwhelming.
And I quietly carried a lot of it.

I feel deeply grateful for the year that passed.
It taught me so much, even when it wasn’t gentle.
And I truly feel this year will be different. More present. More aligned. More true.
