Hi Everyone🩷
With The Zen Room in my ‘minds eye’ I picked a card from one of my oracle decks which was Palo Santo or sacred wood.
Like a protective burning wand. A cleanser of bad energy/air. Neutraliser of negativity, bring peace and balance. Rejuvenate the body/mind and spaces. A card that said it all. This is exactly what I hope to bring to every client that enters my room. If you need to step out of your enviroment for a short time consider some of the treatments I offer. Wellbeing group is back !! .

Great to see everyone after the summer break .

Lucy popped in to demonstrate a facial and do a talk on face care , yummy pastries courtesy of Sharon and a ukulele popped into the mix too .

We discussed a group name that everyone will vote on next week , ideas for what the group would like in the future …. Xmas party , Xmas wreath making , trips ,activities , music sessions.

Great to have the group so involved in the running of the group and making decisions .
