⭐️ client testimonial ⭐️
Debbie is absolutely killing it! She has lost 22lb in 9 weeks and is still enjoying going out for dinner and a couple of drinks. She’s totally transformed the way she thinks about food, sticks to her deficit every week and is full of energy. She is also a nurse working shifts and it is way more difficult for shift workers to stay on track with nutrition - so this result is incredible. It shows the power of consistency and building a good relationship with food.

When you’re trying to change your weight, it can be exciting to start seeing results. However it can be easy to get obsessed with the number on the scale and be disheartened when you don’t see what you want. Body weight fluctuates for many reasons, especially for women with menstrual cycles. Try to weigh yourself at the same day and time each week and compare it to the weight you were that week on the previous month. Alternatively, if you feel like you’re getting too fixated on the scales, get yourself a tape measure for a couple of quid and take monthly measurements. This is a better way to track the changes in your body.
