Forgiving someone doesn't make you weak.

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said: "No one forgives another except that Allah increases his honour.”
— Sahih Muslim 2588.

Research suggests that forgiveness-based interventions can help reduce anger, stress, and symptoms of depression.

🤍 THREE BLESSINGS WE OFTEN TAKE FOR GRANTED

We often spend our days wishing for more, forgetting the blessings we already have: a safe home, good health, and food to eat.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Whoever among you wakes up in the morning secure in his dwelling, healthy in his body, and having his food for the day, it is as if the whole world has been gathered for him.”

Think about it for a moment. How many things do we overlook simply because we have them every day?

🏡 A home where we feel safe.
🤍 A body that carries us through the day.
🍽️ Food on our table.

These blessings may seem ordinary, but they are precious gifts.
So pause, say Alhamdulillah, and appreciate what you have today. You may already have more than you realise.

💬 Tell us in the comments: What is one blessing you are grateful for today?

Sometimes, the greatest blessings are the ones we take for granted. 🤍

A safe home, good health, and food for the day can be worth more than we realise.
Pause. Be grateful. Remember how blessed you already are.

💔When your heart feels broken and you don’t know where to turn, don’t lose hope in Allah. The pain you carry may be unseen by others, but Allah knows every worry, every tear, and every silent prayer. Turn to Him, even when you feel you have no words left.

💫Seek Allah’s help in your hardest moments. Make duʿā, pray, remember Him, and place your trust in Him. You may not understand why you are going through something today, but Allah’s wisdom is greater than what we can see.

Remember: a difficult moment is not the end of your story. Keep turning back to Allah, keep asking Him for strength, and never let despair convince you that His mercy is far away. 🤍

“Indeed, with hardship comes ease.” — Qur’an 94:6

Charity isn’t only about giving money. 🤍
When you have little to give, your effort, work, and ability to help others can also become a form of goodness.

True strength isn’t always about winning a fight. Sometimes, it’s having the strength to control yourself when anger takes over. 🤍

Eat to nourish, not to overfill. 🍽️
The Sunnah teaches us the beauty of moderation — and science gives us another reason to avoid overeating.
