Happy international women’s day 💚💙💖 here’s to all the inspirational women out there, all of you 💅

I have a day off today, I’m practising yoga, eating well and listening to DJ sets on youtube 😂

This is an overactive, overgrown muscle from persistent clenching and grinding. This may be painless and/or may cause:

❌PAIN in mid-face, jaw muscles, teeth, neck and shoulders
❌HEADACHES often with pressure behind the eyes
❌MIGRAINES
❌BREAKING/WEARING OF TEETH
❌SLEEP DISTURBANCE
❌WIDENING OF THE LOWER FACE

Injections were used to shrink the muscle and reduce the damage of grinding. Results can take a few months to see a reduction in muscle size however the weakening of muscle starts quickly. I will post an after video so you can see results 💛
