Just a quick update to say I’m hopefully all caught up and have replied to everyone and given out appointments for September 🥰 If you’re still waiting for a reply or haven’t managed to get an appointment, please just pop me a message!

I also wanted to let you all know that all money from my acupuncture treatments over the next year will be donated to Whizz Kidz - the charity I’m running the London Marathon for🏃‍♀️💛

Whizz Kidz supports children and young adults who use wheelchairs, helping them to gain greater independence and make the most of their lives.

I’ve added my fundraising link below so you can follow my progress and see how much we’re raising.

So, when you come for your acupuncture treatment over the next year, you can feel good knowing that your treatment is also helping to support an amazing charity and the young people they work with.

Hi everyone ✨ I’m back from my retreat and caught up with all my admin/messages.

I have had one appointment space come up for next weekend (Saturday 18th July). Pop me over a message to grab it.

Two appointments left for 15th Aug clinic.

September date will be out at the end of the month.

I really enjoyed my first full day in clinic yesterday!

A huge thank you to everyone who came for treatment, especially those who had never experienced acupuncture before and trusted me with their care. It was a pleasure meeting you all and being part of your health journey. I hope you all had a wonderfully relaxing sleep last night!

I’d also like to say a special thank you to Christina at CM Beauty for allowing me to use her beautiful space. 💕

My next availability isn’t until August, but I’ve decided to open up an extra morning of appointments in July on Sunday 12th July.

Wow June and July are now completely booked up. Thank you to everyone who has booked in and continues to support my clinic.

As I am still working full-time in my nursing role, I am currently only able to offer one acupuncture clinic each month, which means appointments are very limited.

📅 My next available clinic date is Saturday 15th August.

If you would like to secure a space, please get in touch early to avoid disappointment.

These photos were taken just 18 days apart following two acupuncture sessions.

My client had been struggling with psoriasis plaques on his legs for years and had been using prescribed steroid creams long-term. While the creams helped manage the symptoms the plaques never fully healed and remained red, sore and persistent.

As part of his treatment plan, I encouraged him to continue using his prescribed medication while we introduced acupuncture to support the body’s natural healing processes. The results speak for themselves.

- Reduced redness
- Less inflammation and soreness
- Significant healing of stubborn plaques

Every person responds differently to treatment but it’s always wonderful to see positive changes and hear how much of a difference they can make to someone’s quality of life.

I follow up with every client I see, reviewing each case carefully and writing them up as individual case studies so I can continue learning and providing the best support possible.

A huge thank you to this client for trusting me during her first pregnancy. I’m so grateful to have been part of her journey. I’m sure both mum and baby will benefit from many better nights of sleep now ✨
